Chelsea Elizabeth Islan is an Indonesian actress. She gained public recognition in NET TV sitcom Tetangga Masa Gitu. She made her film debut in the drama film "Refrain" (2013), later continued her acting career in several films such as "Street Society", "Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dolar", "Di Balik 98", and "Guru Bangsa: Tjokroaminoto". In 2017, she was appointed as ASEAN Parade ambassador, along with Indonesian actor Nicholas Saputra.
