Karam
- Name: Karam
- Native name: 가람
- Given name: Park Hyun Chul
- Also Known as: 박현철, Park Hyeon Cheol, Park Hyun Cheol, Rising
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Born: June 28, 1991
- Age: 32
He debuted in 2008 as a member of XING, using the stage name Rising. The group had already debuted in 2006 but underwent many lineup changes and he entered as part of the 3rd generation and remained until late 2009 when the group disbanded.
In 2010, he re-debuted as the lead dancer and sub-vocalist of THE BOSS with the song “Admiring Boy” and then spent most of the year promoting in Japan before returning to South Korea in late 2011 as their agency followed a "Japan-first, Korea-later" strategy to market the group. They alternated promotions between both countries until 2015 when the agency went bankrupt and they had to return to XING Entertainment. Also in 2015, he got a role on the children's Tooniverse show "Character Island 3" and had to travel between both countries as XING centered the group's activities in Japan.
Since 2017, the group has barely promoted and have not released any new music but have never officially disbanded. In 2023, he appeared alongside Jay and In Jun in the survival show "Peak Time" to promote again as THE BOSS and managed to qualify to the 3rd round. However, during the competition, he was involved in controversy when an anonymous person posted many old pictures of him smoking, dancing in night clubs and celebrating the birthday of a Japanese AV actress. To avoid any more negative attention, he left the show but Jay and In Jun had the option to remain competing, which they declined and all members left voluntarily after the third round.
He is currently living in Tokyo and is also a member of the dance group "MOTF (Men Of The Future) Dance Crew", together with IONE from Speed, B-Joo from Topp Dogg, Ji Hu from A-JAX, and Sangmin from Cross Gene.
