Cheng Chang Fan is a Taiwanese actor and model. Hailing from Taipei, Cheng attended the University of the Arts in London, England and is the creator and owner of Cheng & Mach Exotic Florist in Taipei. He has done significant fashion modelling for high-end houses such as Dior, Hugo Boss, and Burberry.
