  • Name: Lee Dae Ho
  • Native name: 이대호
  • Also Known as: Yi Dae Ho
  • Nationality: South Korean
  • Gender: Male
  • Born: June 21, 1982

Lee Dae Ho is a South Korean retired professional baseball player who played as a first baseman. He graduated from Kyungnam High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Yeungnam Cyber University. He is a childhood friend of fellow baseball player Choo Shin Soo who invited him to play baseball since elementary school.

During his high school days, he was a pitcher, and he was selected for the South Korean Junior National Team and won the 2000 World Junior Baseball Championship in Edmonton, Canada. As a professional, he was selected by the Lotte Giants of the KBO League in 2001, and he began his career as a pitcher, but an injury forced him to change positions mid-season.

In 2006, he won the league's Triple Crown (highest batting average, most runs batted in and most home runs), and in 2010 he hit a home run in 9 consecutive games for the first time in KBO League history. In 2012, he declared free agency and moved to the Orix Buffaloes of the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB), playing there for two seasons before moving to the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, where he played for another 2 seasons.

In 2016, he signed a contract with the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball (MLB), but he only spent one season there as he was not comfortable playing in the United States. He returned to the Lotte Giants in South Korea in 2017, and he will spend 5 more seasons with them before retiring in 2022 in a ceremony where his number was retired, and he was honored by former and current players.

He also represented his country in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where South Korea won the gold medal, and a year later, he played in the 2009 World Baseball Classic, finishing in 2nd place. After his retirement, he decided to follow many former baseball players (and athletes in general) and began to appear in many variety shows.
