This drama addiction (let's call a spade a spade) started, quite unexpectedly, in September 2022. 

It all began with South Korean dramas. The first one I saw ("Business Proposal") was a real cultural shock. I was skeptical but my curiosity was piqued. I'm a bit ashamed to say I didn't even know Kdramas existed before that !
The second drama I watched was -the now classic- "Crash Landing On You" (aka CLOY) and I was completely hooked.

As a newbie I quickly realised how late I was in the game. After just a few months I already had waayyyyy too many Kdramas on my "never ending" watchlist. So I made a promise to myself to NEVER EVER watch other Asian countries' dramas (or films). That would be insane, right ?
Well, less than six months later that promise went down the drain ! (Is anyone really surprised ?!)

At the moment, 50% of all the dramas and films I'm watching are (still) Korean. The rest is about 25% Chinese, 10% Taïwanese, 10% of Thaï and 5 % Japanese. I like all genres but I'm not a fan of Horror or particularly interested in Anime.

I'm more of a "binger" kind of watcher. That's one of the reasons I rarely start an airing show before all episodes are released. The second reason is the risk of forgetting what happened the previous week is too great for me ! ;-D
It can be hard for me to drop a drama (probably because I'm still a newbie and I want to watch as many/much as possible) but I am working on it.  Slowly.
