It's a story arc from the series, Tomorrow, but you don't have to watch the entire series to understand it. Spring's ending is perfect.

Both is the type of healing drama with great romance plot. The feeling when i watch the Road Home is similar to when i watched Meet Yourself, both have pleasing scenary and heal your heart indeee. One is full of green when the other one is full of white and i think its the charm point. Both resemble each other in different way. Both also have amazing cast!
