The movie delves into the fate and conflicts of a sorrowful murderer who relies on the death of humans as the anchor of their life, intertwining past and present. Ryosuke discovers a notebook in his father's study, who has only a short time left to live. Written on the notebook is "Yurigokoro," and it contains the memories of a murderer. Ryouke is drawn intensely to the notebook despite harboring various doubts about its contents; whether they are fact or fiction, and what connection they have with his family. DARK N DEEP PLOT

Why is there not a single review in this beautiful movie? Anyways
I just watched this for matsuyama but this movie has what japanese are good at while making anything : DEPTH N DARKNESS.
A little violence not much to scare u off so dnt mind it .its a serious crime story with a complicated romance .
I have seen males playing these kind of roles n it suits them but it really makes me excited when this role is played by a female n she is a brilliant actor she played this role very well from beginning to when she changed n after that.
I loved the backstory n how they are made, i was never so excited for flashbacks n backstories before.
Characters, chemistry , music, atmosphere, acting all are 10/10 for me. Its a must watch.
Not a good review but i really hope u watch the movie.

Honestly one of the best movies i ever watched!!!! TW self harm and blood!!!!

I descided to watch this movie because i was bored so i didn't even read the summary i just dived in right away. Honestly at first i expected this movie to be very weird and cringe romance movie like most Japanese movies that i've watched but i was very wrong. This movie was so well made it was dark and twisted but at the same time very interesting with amazing plot. I must say the acting was on point and the movie was very very well made. This movie was so engaging that every minute i was so excited to see what will happen next. To sum up, i was not dissapointed at all, this movie was amazing and i would definetly recomment it to everyone who likes psychological and dark films. 10/10 :DD
