I felt the entire build up when nowhere. Maybe somebody got fill me in.

Mr Gu for some reason is an alcoholic without much explanation .

Mr Gu is an alcoholic yet extremely athletic.

If he was a top boss why did the chairman allow the other guy try and kill him? why not interfere?

Nothing about his past is really explained  and just so many holes.

Yeom Mi Jung is pretty much an emo who makes pretty much no progress in trying to be liberated.

Yeom Chang Hee pretty much randomly breaks up with his girlfriend see's her in public and nothing.

Another girl likes him and he does nothing both times. He was just all over the place, breaking up

and playing the victim.

Yeom Ki Jung - is probably the thing that annoyed me the most ,they were building her up with

Jo Tae Hoon , they finally got together and they did a time skip straight away and their relationship

went   nowhere. During episode 13 She and his

daughter finally talked for a moment thinking its

going somewhere and the next episode is a time

 skip and nothing changed.

All the side character's after the time skip were

pretty much forgotten and not their.

One of the things i don't like about some south

Korean show's are the time skips, it either drags

the show out and you miss what happens in between or they try and cram everything in and it feels

rushed

before the time skip it was 8/10 but the last 3

episode's made the entire series for me waste of

time. they shouldn't of done the time skip , they

could of ended it with Yeom Ki Jung building a

relationship with Jo Tae Hoon  and his family, Gu

comes back etc.

Doesn't explain how long the time skip was

6/10 obviously its a personally opinion

time skips are realistic here personally

This is not a romcom where you should expect something; something that has been your prejudice because of other works of dramas or movies. This was clearly a journey of persons with particular characteristics. People staying together in the end doesn't always guarantee a good ending. And if they didn't do time skip, then how they would have shown liberation?

Finally someone said it!!!

I just finished the drama yesterday and I was super frustrated and disappointed because after all I had high expectations because of the writer and I really enjoyed the first couple of episodes… but I totally agree with what you said. Mr. Gu I never understood him… and I found his character very poor written. Always looking bored, lost and tired. also his relationship with the FL oh my god… I have never ever hated main couple romance as I hated it in this drama. I almost skipped all of there scenes as I found it very boring, uncomfortable and very weird and not charming at all. I didn’t get their relationship at all and I don’t understand when the love bloomed? I hated watching nonsense so I just skipped it. Chang hee was my favourite character but I also skipped his scene at the last couple episodes right after the stupid time skip. The last three episodes were a total fail and the writer missed up. ki jung was also my favourite character as I found her very relatable outspoken and true to her self… but  why suddenly she became super unconfident person after being in a relationship with tae hoon? Why all of a sudden would she accept all the mistreatment from his crazy sister and spoiled  daughter? What happneed to the outspoken strong confident woman? I was really  angry with how the writer ruined her character and even did not give her a clear proper ending. And tae hoon ahhh don’t even get me started. he promised to marry her when his daughter becomes 20??? and the way he ignores all the stupid things that his sister does to his girlfriend and yet pretending that he is the one who is. Having  a hard time?  I have a lot to say but I am just disappointed.
