Question about forums!

Is there any way we can go back to the forums that we liked? I see that there's a subscribe button, and I've been subscribing to a few forums lately. But I still don't know how or where to visit them again? What exactly happens when you subscribe? I kinda want to visit them again, something like a bookmark thing. Please enlighten me ;___;
