Dramacool, that has been already mentioned is the best for me. 

Theflixer has better HD, but it has only  been adding asian dramas for the last two years, so it may not show older series and movies. The con with theflixer is that it has charging problems and you will have to wait for the video to recharge, the pro is the better quality of video and the lack of pop-ups and suspicious ads.
