Does anyone know this drama scene from?

I vividly remember drama scene where drunk/lost guy got saved by a girl and took him to her apartment, after that they date or smth and the ending was the girl chases the guy leaving her but she was too late to catch up a plane or train , surprisingly the guy didn't left and he was behind the girlq.
