So i'm currently on episode 16 and Oh Ri Jin is telling Cha Do Hyun's grandmother how she is no longer Cha Do Hyun's psychiatrist. A few episodes back, her boss also spilled the beans about Cha Do Hyun's disorder to his grandmother. Is there no confidentiality agreements in situations like that?

I thought the same thing when Dr. Seok told Do Hyeon's grandmother about his disorder. Even if they are his family, he has no right telling them.
Yeah. If this was not a drama, and happened in the US, i'm fairly certain Do Hyeon could sue Dr. Seok in court.
I was surprised when he revealed everything to the grandma too, especially knowing how Do Hyun doesn't want his family to know. I actually felt it was more of a plot device to move everything forward and disregarding the fact that they were adament about the importance of confidentiality.
