Lee Jeong Hyeon is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of EVNNE. He attended Daejeon Doan High School before dropping out, and later he passed the High School Graduation Academic Qualification Examination. Before debuting, he spent a little over 3 years as a trainee at Wakeone and was also a member of the pre-debut group Daily H Boys.

In 2023, he entered MNet's "Boys Planet", but he ended up in 15th place. However, Jellyfish Entertainment reached an agreement with several agencies and decided to create a second project group (alongside ZEROBASEONE) with the contestants outside the Top 9. Originally, the group's name was set to be BLIT (short for "Boldly Leaping into Tomorrow"), but after careful discussions, it was decided to change it to EVNNE (short for "Evening's Newest Etoiles"). The group debuted in September 2023 with the EP "Target Me".
