Kim Seung Bin is a South Korean musician and drummer of the co-ed rock band TOUCHED. He and fellow graduate Chae Do Hyeon wanted to form a band and convinced 3 other alumni from the Seoul Arts University to join them. They debuted in 2020 with the single "Blue" and won the 31st Yoo Jae Ha Music Festival. It was the first time in the history of the competition that bands were allowed to participate. In 2022, they entered the band competition show "Great Seoul Invasion" and won 1st place with the song "Alive".
