Liu Heng Fu is a Chinese actor. He is the son of actress Chen Xiao Yi and director Liu Hui Ning. He collaborated with his mother on commercials when he was a child, and later began to get involved in the film and television industry.

In 2018 he is studying Drama, Film and Television Performance Double Degree at the Central Academy of Drama.
