Shim Hong Seob, previously known as Hongseob, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of 24K. He graduated from Gukje University with a bachelor's degree in Dance. In 2017, he participated in "MIXNINE" but did not pass the auditions. On August 2016, it was announced that he was joining the boy group 24K as vocalist and lead dancer. The group had debuted in 2012 under Choeun Entertainment but underwent several lineup changes starting in 2014 and, before joining the group, he was a backup dancer for the song ''Still 24K'' together with Chang Sun. In 2019, he decided to leave the group due to health issues as he had surgery some time the year before and it was difficult for him to perform. He left the entertainment industry and currently, he identifies in his IG account as a video creator.
