Daye is a South Korean singer and rapper under JTG Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group Berry Good, though she is currently on a hiatus. In October 2017, she, alongside fellow members Johyun and Seoyul, became a contestant on the survival show MIXNINE. She was eliminated in episode 10 after ranking 32nd place.

On September 25, 2023, it was revealed that she signed an exclusive contract with O Entertainment and would be promoted as an actress under the new stage name Kim Tae Rin.
