Heaven Lyan Salvador Peralejo is a Filipino model, actress, brand endorser, recording artist, video blogger and painter. Peralejo’s first TV appearance was in GMA Network’s Darna Liit audition in 2009. She then appeared in an Autism Awareness TV Commercial as her first TV Commercial appearance.

She came to prominence after joining Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7 where she's dubbed as Mommy's Angel of Makati because she's very close to her mother ever since her parents got separated. Due to her mother having cancer at the time and the need for surgery, she took a voluntary exit on Day 72.

Peralejo starred in various supporting roles in shows such as "Wansapanataym", "Fight For It!, "Two Hearts" and "Pamilya Ko", as well as movies such as "Buy Now, Die Later", "Mama's Girl" and "Harry and Patty".

It wasn't until 2019's "Starla" that Peralejo was noticed for her exceptional acting skills, portraying the teen version of Teresa. The viewers praised Peralejo for her excellent acting skills and was even dubbed the "Young Juday". Peralejo admitted it was a tough role to portray. Regardless of the small role, she was honored to be part of the drama series because of Judy Ann Santos, whom she admires and idolizes deeply.

In 2020, Perlejo was finally given her big break and starred in her first lead role in the series titled "New Beginnings" where she portrayed the character of Tisay Magbanua. In the same year, she starred in the 7-episode mini-series "Loving Emily" playing the role of Sarah.

Peralejo then starred in the movie "Happy Times" (2021). In the same year, she starred in another mini-series titled "Pasabuy" alongside Gino Roque IV.

In 2022, Peralejo appeared in the romantic drama "A Family Affair", reuniting with co-star Jameson Blake, who she previously worked with in the film "Mama's Girl" and in the mini-series "Loving Emily". In the same year, she starred in the thriller movie "Nanahimik Ang Gabi" alongside her co-stars Ian Veneracion and Mon Confiado, which was Peralejo's first lead role in a movie that was also part of the Metro Manila Film Festival. Due to her range, versatility, and outstanding acting abilities, Peralejo was able to bag an MMFF Best Actress in a Leading Role nomination.
