Born in Kaohsiung. Obtained a Bachelor of Mass Communication from the University of Toronto, Master of Art Creation in Film Production from the University of Southern California. In 2010, he was third runner-up in Hunan Satellite TV's directing competition "Shine Show." In 2012, he directed the short film "Freak Out" for Shanghai Tianyu Media Co.,Ltd.
