She is also an actress in Hollywood in addition to Vietnam. In 2016, she was casted in her first foreign film, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny", an American-Chinese movie. In 2017, she was in the movie "Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi", as Paige Tico. Other movies include "The Old Guard" and "Da 5 Bloods".
She has directed and produced some popular movies in Vietnam including: "Tam Cam: The Untold", "The Tailor", and "Song Lang", and "Furie". Furie was the highest grossing Vietnamese film at the time.
In 2009, she founded the entertainment company, Studio68 (previously known as Vietnam Artist Agency). Her entertainment company produced 365 Da Band, the most popular boyband in Vietnam (now disbanded). In the same year, she also started a charity called "Scar of Life", which helps fund heart surgeries for poor Vietnamese children.
In 2020, she announced her company was producing the movie "Vinaman", a movie featuring the first original Vietnamese superhero.
