Kato Rosa
- Name: Kato Rosa
- Native name: 加藤ローサ
- Given name: Katō Rōsa
- Also Known as: Katou Rosa
- Nationality: Japanese
- Gender: Female
- Born: June 22, 1985
- Age: 38
She is a graduate of Kagoshima West High School.
When Kato was 16 years old, she joined Ken-On, which helped start her acting career. She became a regular guest student on NHK Italian Conversation, a Japanese educational program. She subsequently began appearing in commercials and became a popular model after appearing in Zexy, a Japanese bridal magazine. She appeared in the Japanese film Tokyo Tower with Jun Matsumoto in 2005. In late 2005, she began appearing in Japanese television dramas such as Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo. She later won the "Best Newcomer Award" for her performance in Dance Drill (also known as Dandori in Japan) in 2006.
In 2007, she starred in the Japanese drama Jotei with Hana Yori Dango actor Shota Matsuda. However, the show received low ratings. Kato seemed to recover from Jotei after she appeared in several popular dramas such as Oh! My Girl! with Mokomichi Hayami in 2008 but her acting career hit another slump when she starred in Pro Golfer Hana, which suffered lower ratings than Jotei.
