Your sometimes friendly BL watcher. (Who is extremely fucking emotional atm and silently throwing a tantrum)
I honestly love this HIStory series as it makes me happy for some weird reason. (Mostly Trapped, Boundary Crossing)
I've seen some gay dramas with happy ending and explainable sad endings. So what the actual fuck was that. The series was going so good until the last episode. I was prepared for them to at least say homeboy got memory loss or some shit but he literally goes *POOF*. You could've killed off one of the friends or even the dada idk Like what the friggin hell.
While sitting on my computer chair crying into my popcorn, I'm trying to piece together that last episode.
First of all yall had the story going great everyone happy and all that jazz. I understand that there wasn't a major conflict in the plot and you wanted to add an accident. That is understandable. You could've added cheating. That would be understandable. BUT HOW COULD YOU KILL OFF EVERYONES SMOL BOY LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. I honestly hope that Boundary Crossing 2 isn't like this.

When I first saw the trailer for this I was hooked. I don't know if its the fact that they both are very handsome or my deep love for Bl. Maybe both I don't know.

STORY- 9.5/10
The story was amaazing except for the last episode. Type hating gays (we all know he was gonna ask for the d sooner or later) only to find himself falling inlove with Tharn. The openly gay (fine as f***) guy on campus. The episodes were great (especially that shower scene and the ice scene) I felt stuff I didn't feel before. Why am I crying? MOVING ON

ACTING CAST- 10/10
Bless these fine young men

MUSIC- 10/10
I have the ost's on my phone. Literally embarrassing myself trying to sing them( in public may I add) which never fails to bring tears to my eyes.

REWATCH VALUE_- HELL TO THE FUDGING YES
This is on my rewatch list after I finish my exams in June cause I can binge watch the whole thing and be able to cry myself to sleep without thinking about next week's episode.

This is my first time ever writing a review and will probably suck majorly but here goes nothing.

I started watching I Picked Up a Star on the Road mainly because of Sung Hoon (after I saw him in Oh My Venus) and feel in love with him cause why not. My decision to watch this drama was based on him and because I needed something sweet and light before diving headfirst into my watch list before exams. I totally did't expect the first episode at all. I got a bunch of questions.
1) I mean whats up with that eerie intro? I really thought I read the tags wrong for a couple minutes and had to keep coming back after episode
2) That unexpected plot twist with the guy?
3) Kim Ga Eun being the definition of an airhead? If your job sucks sis leave it. Those people were a bunch of asshats anyway
4) The girl she was friends with in the office could've had more character development than being just a fangirl
5) The mother served absolutely no purpose in the show. Yeah I mean she sent that gift to her daughter to send to the boss? Then what ? *She goes poof poof*
6) The bloody irony of the end was...I don't know...honestly I don't know

But in all this was a good drama if you want something to past the time before moving unto a drama with a more intense plot.
