starts strong with refreshing role reversals but fizzles out with clichéd tropes
Queen of tears started strong with its plot mainly because of its role reversal on the most common tropes of kdrams the rich CEO and the poor female lead. It was refreshing to see Hong Hae in as the rich heiress and Baek Hyun Woo as Hae In husband who could no longer survive the enormous pressure put on him by his in-laws. While the plot and the plot- twists were surprising and unexpected, the last few episodes could no longer keep up with the excitement and its engaging plot. I personally felt that the writers had given up mid-way and added every trope possible to complete the drama.There were a good amount of comical moments and the side stories of the aunt Beom Ja, Soo Cheol, Da Hye, and Hyun Woo’s family kept the series interesting throughout…..however none of them, nor the plot could save the last few episodes… Overall the series is a good watch and refreshing even. I would rate it 7.5/10

A MUST WATCH
hyena is definitely one of the most underrated kdramas out there. It has one of the most interesting and engaging storylines in the courtroom genre. The lead characters are the strongest point of the drama. Both Jung Geum-ja and Yoon Hee-jae are competitive, selfish, money-minded and egoistic lawyers who will go to any lengths to win cases and establish themselves as competent lawyers. Jung Geum ja shines in the series with her intelligence, fearlessness and manipulative behaviour with immoral tendencies. Each case in the series is gripping and puts you on an edge. This is not your typical kdrama and is a must-watch for all the kdrama fans out there.Was this review helpful to you?
AN EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER
Move to heaven is a unique kdrama that depicts the life of trauma cleaners. Move to heaven is a story of Han Geu-ru a 20 year old with Asperger syndrome who along with his father runs a trauma cleaning company called move to heaven. After his father's death his uncle, his only family is assigned as Geu-Ru's guardian. The relationship between geu ru and his uncle through the business forms the basic storyline of the drama.This kdrama stands out with its never-before concept of empathizing with the dead. Each episode is thought-provoking and can make you weep. Move to heaven will leave a long-lasting impact. The cast puts a convincing and impactful performance. This series is a definite must-watch for all kdrama fans.

A SWOONWORTHY KDRAMA
If you're looking for a romantic feel-good kdrama which depicts a slice of life and is relatable then this is the drama you are looking for.What makes yumi's cells stand out is the style of storytelling.
The show focuses mainly on her emotions and how she makes different decisions because of them. Her strongest desires are represented through her prime cells.
What makes yumi so relatable is that she is a normal working woman who has up and downs like anyone of us. Season 1 focuses on yumi and woong's relationship. Woong is a game developer who is completely smitten by yumi from their first date. Their relationship forms the main storyline of the series.
