An enemies to lovers adult comedy.

I started it with no expectations. It's true that we're only five episodes in, but so far I can only say that it's a wonderful drama. Lately I haven't found any drama that made me feel like this. It feels like watching Business Proposal or 2521. Not that they are similar.... But it's the feeling of being comforted. Of forgetting your day. And just laugh, get excited and fall in love with all the characters. A very enjoyable story, well written and well paced. If it keeps going like this, it will be one of the best dramas of 2023.

A poor promise

Maybe I shouldn't write this since I didn't finish the drama. I left it around chapter 11 or so, although my interest was lost long before that. It was a drama that promised but was just that, a promise.
The story was interesting, a fairy tale and romance. Typical Disney sypnosis, but the execution is so poor. Lazy and messy writing. It misses the main point of the plot, things are not well explained or directly not explained at all. The villains don't have what it takes to be villains. The second lead man seems to be dead in life. He doesn't even have a spark of energy and his father, not to mention. The only ones who are full of energy are the two main characters, but they begin to lose it when they start to modify their personality without any real justification. It gets repetitive and doesn't move forward. You see the same thing all the time when they could have offered a dark and romantic story, they gave us something so bad it offends. So I don't recommend it.

HEALING DRAMA

If you're here because you don't know if you should watch it: press play now.

I was in the same position but I decided to give it a chance and I am delighted. This drama is healing and inspiring. Especially if you are a person who is a perfectionist, responsible and rigid with your values. If you are a student who has to get a job or you are an athlete or you are just fighting for something you want and lately you feel sick about it. In my case I am not an elite athlete like the characters in this drama but I find myself studying for a competitive exam that requires a lot of mental strength and dealing with a lot of problems like stress, anxiety or depression. And watching this drama made me find comfort and perhaps relief in its dialogues.

It's not a perfect drama and sometimes there will be things that you will say are surreal but the imperfect is made perfect. And this drama is funny, though very hard. It will make you smile and cry in equal parts.

The casting is interesting as the usual actors are not there and seeing new or unfamiliar faces is a breath of fresh air. So run, press play and immerse yourself in the competitive world of elite sports.

Promesa rota.

No quiero decir spoiler.
