Tincan are funny and cute but the script and direction are both half-assed and poorly managed.

Despite the bedraggled and perplexing nature of the script, the main story revolving around TinCan was rather well done and I enjoyed most of their interactions. Both Tin and Can are two very distinct characters and watching their relationship evolve from dislike to friendship and to a subsequent romance was both hilarious and heartwarming. Can's innocence in contrast to Tin's iciness was just as charming as it was in S1. I also really loved how straightforward both Tin and Can are with each other and how instead of falling into petty misunderstandings due to lack of communication, they both choose to trust each other and talk through their issues while dealing with Tin's problematic brother and complicated family situation. Both the lead actors did a great job as well. Mean and Plan have the kind of chemistry that comes naturally and with ease which is perfect for an unconventional couple like TinCan. Their humorous yet emotional portrayal of the TinCan love story was the only saving grace of this show.

All the other story arc's were pretty redundant and even the existence of some of the characters were rendered moot by their lack of screentime. And some new side characters that were introduced were completely pointless. The klano pairing was disturbing due to what happened between them at the end of S1, tumtar took a rather bizarre turn at the end and suffered from severe lack of screentime and Ae's storyline this time was just frustrating to watch. Tulhin was the only supporting story line that was halfway decent. Although, I have to say that the whole Tin playing cupid for tulhin struck me as odd and unnatural, as well as OOC for Tin.

Other than that, this show is basically yet another example of how a story built on a bad script can't be salvaged regardless of how great the casting is or how big the fan base. How Mame managed to botch up her own story this badly, I'll never know. She took an interesting and unique story and turned it into balderdash.

Another problem here is that what people got wasn't what they were expecting - what fans wanted was the arrogant, ice cold and dangerous looking Tin and the mentally 5 year old cantaloupe and the continuation of their story. Unfortunately, what they got instead was a much softer Tin with a mentally 10 year old cantaloupe with a completely unnecessary rebooted storyline. Add into the equation a bunch of insipid supporting characters with unexplained storylines that goes nowhere and you have got the sequel combination that collectively pissed off the entire LBC fandom in one clean stroke.

Nevertheless, if you can get over the pointless reboot of the main story arc, this show might still be worth a watch, if only for the sake of TinCan. Although, It might be best to go into this with a fresh perspective and as a whole new series instead of considering it as a sequel. Keep LBC 1 as just background reference and start this series as a story independent of it. This series overall gives off a much different vibe than LBC 1. It's tone is much softer and the whole vibe that TinCan gives off is way less volatile as well.

P. S - lots of people seem to disappointed with the lack of kissing scenes especially since Tin and Can are both portrayed as sexually aggressive, but this might be due to the fact that one of the main leads (Plan) was suffering from dengue fever while filming this, so they might have had to cut down those scenes due to health concerns, so, I'm willing to give them a pass.

ELEGANT !!

This show revolves around the lives of 5 doctors who have been friends since their college days. It's a brilliant portrayal of the everyday of the workaholic middle class. The writers and production team managed to concoct up a story that is satirical yet realistic, comedic yet emotional and sad yet joyful. Not only are each and every character relatable and unique, they also manage to reel you in and make you invested in their story. The beautiful friendship that binds them as they balance between their personal lives and professional lives is the foundation that hooks you in since the very first episode. I highly recommend this show. This is one of those shows that comes once in a while leaving a deep impression upon you. The acting is flawless, the cinematography and direction are exemplary and the music, perfectly blended. This is a must watch.
