I don't really understand Seok Hoon's…

I don't really understand Seok Hoon's end goal at this point. Even if Min Woo becomes the successor and then dies and then Eun Ha inherits his shares, why would Seok Hoon have access to them? Eun Ha has already stood up to him before, and revealing her identity wouldn't get Min Woo's money any closer to Seok Hoon. So surely his plan wouldn't work anymore, but it seems like he's still going along with it as though nothing has changed. I also don't understand why he let the loan sharks live. It sounded like he offered them 1 billion won, but they said no, we want 60% and will give you 40%, and then next thing we knew they were allowed to be free.
