Master Tian hears of the murders alleged to be the 18 bronzemen and immediately checks the inmates of a secret prison. Just then, General Gao arrives and the two confront each other. Meanwhile, Bai Huo confronts Wuxiang about his fixations to the world and sends him to meditate against a wall - but even in his meditation, Wuxiang sees visions of the bronzemen. Madam Gu spends time teaching Ms. Eleven skills relevant to a woman in the world of men. It might be that Ms. Eleven’s connection to her son brings out Madam Gu’s protective instincts. Ms. Eleven receives a letter from Yang Xiu urging her to ask Master Tian about the 18 bronzemen. General Gao plans another strike with the 18 walkers, this time against Mr. Smile. That night, just as Mr. Smiles is about to set fire to the Plum Brothel, the 18 walkers strike. Yang Xiu witnesses the aftermath. The deaths cause confrontations and power struggles between General Gao and Master Tian to further escalate. Jian Xiong visits Ms. Eleven who, using the advice of Madam Gu, tempts Jian Xiong with her first night if he will help Wen Dao know the whereabouts of the true bronzemen. He storms off.
