Dr. Han Seok Hoon's love for Miss Geum Seol Hwa is so palpable, the audience could feel his pain. Seol Hwa is so torn for her love for Dr. Han, but she wants to please her adopted mother by going out with Yoon Joon Sang. A very heartbreaking moment for both Dr. Han and Seol Hwa.
