First Episode, Not so Impressed

This was pretty bad. Not completely horrible,  but Kai is not very good in this.  In terms of acting, his expressions and movements are at times very unnatural and quite jarring to the show. It's very noticeable and pulls the viewer out of the story.  Kai is just acting, and not quite believable in his role as Lee Ji Won.  The other characters are delivering your average jdrama level of acting.  Nothing too special, but fulfilling their roles.  Really was hoping for it to turn around. At 10 mins in, I was not impressed, had a decently better portion at around minute 17 or so, then started to fall off the deep end again at 34. The last 5 minutes were almost unbearably bad. The fanservice awkward shower scene didn't help lol.  I probably won't be watching any more.  It's quite bland, and his character is kind of strange, behavior-wise. Also, the sporadic single raising eyebrow he did throughout was really distracting.  You can see him thinking about what he is doing while acting.  I think he could be better but definitely needs more practice before coming out on the big screens.  Plus,  I don't think this script is that great.   The family's issues are interesting,  from the very last foreshadows, but the Lee Ji Won's character is unnecessary to the plot.
