Upon hearing that Huan Ge was murdered intentionally, Xiu appears before Yuan An and offers her cooperation. Together with Xiu, Mu Le and Tian Shu, Yuan An infiltrates General Guo’s mansion during his daughter’s wedding banquet. Xiu secretly casts another silkworm spell on General Guo, and he soon descends into hysteria. He draws his sword against his daughter and demands to know the truth behind Huan Ge’s death.
