In order to rescue Yuan An, Lan Zhi kneels in front of the Empress’s residence, though she cannot do anything as the Emperor has given the State Preceptor full control of Tian Shu’s case. On the other hand, the State Preceptor tries to draw Yuan An to his side by offering her riches and fame, which she bluntly refuses. Enraged, the State Preceptor threatens to annihilate her entire family. Just as he prepares to deliver a cataclysmic blow, Mu Le and Tian Shu intervene. (Source: Viu)
