Lan Zhi’s investigation leads him to Luotian Cave, where he ends up inside a steel cage with Yuan An, Mu Le and Yuan Ning. Eventually, Mu Le breaks the cage’s bars and manages to save everyone except Lan Zhi. On the other hand, the Infanta presents The Basjoo Tree to Xue Han, only to be told to return it to the palace.
