Blue Panther tries to take over the Xinghe Society and get them to work for the Japanese. Mr. Chi points out the facts and what he is trying to do. Blue Panther tries to incite a revolt in Xinghe Society, but fails. Mr. Chi tries to find someone to save Jin Xiang.
