Mr. Chi agrees to share his store of extra grains with the rest of Hong Kong. Miyamoto Cangye suspects Xiao Zhuang of being a Communist. Xiao Zhuang information was received by the mysterious caller. Mr. Chi receives a mysterious package of clothes. He finds important intelligence sewn inside. The telegraph appears as Mr. Chi tries to transmit the information. Ye Chong realizes that the telegraph is on a car. Miyamoto Cangye immediately locks everyone in place so that no information can leak out. Ye Chong tries to find the telegraph machine. Mr. Chi is stuck on the road with his telegraph machine while Miyamoto Cangye is searching each car. Xiao Zhuang helps him out by creating a distraction. Miyamoto Cangye comes up empty handed. Xiang Jiang needs Mr. Chi's help to smuggle out seven Communists. General Sato wants help with getting food for the troops. Mr. Chi comes up with a plan to do business in Vietnam. Ye Chong gets assigned to travel with Mr. Chi. Mr. Chi will use it to smuggle out the Communists. Ye Chong wants to investigate Mr. Chi.
