Upon receiving the news of Mr. Mu's resignation, Chairman Shao passes out during the meeting and is admitted into the hospital for surgery. Peng Cheng starts to reflects on the things his dad told him. While he's away, Mr. Dong holds a board meeting, and convinces the board of directors to sign the resolution to transfer Chairman Shao's shares to him and make him the chairman. When Peng Cheng is told of the news, he makes only one request to Mr. Dong. Ms. Luo, on the other hand, visits Chairman Shao at the hospital with her dad.
