Illogical Scene, the writer Imagination is beyond logic

So, the junior cop flies to France without getting noticed by her Senior? does it make any sense? without any paperwork, she just went to France and the people she was taking with her were witnesses, not criminals, She went there to fight with two Russian men and nobody cared? she didn't follow any protocol, which world does the writer live in? It was way too fictional, she didn't take any help from the police and directly went there, and took them back to South Korea, and nobody objected. like no airport staff inquired about it and the priest was also there, wow.
