This is a playback special, with various past footage being shown. They showed the dialect problems from the last special episode in Aomori, Akita, Miyagi, and Wakayama (Ep. 101). Next they played again the various beach problems regarding Gunma citizens (Ep. 67 and 107). They also showed the studio talk footage from Ep. 117, where Matsuko can't understand the fun in having barbecue party and prefers to stay at home, a total opposite of Murakami. The next footage was the problems in various city in Japan (Ep. 120), which included the rumor where Tottori Governor not allowing Starbucks in his prefecture to keep it as the only prefecture without Starbucks outlet in Japan.
