The first topic was about "people who worked hard alone". For example there was a plum jam maker who made the product by himself for 68 years, a man who replicated 30 artists in "We are The World" by himself, and a name sign maker for Japan's National Diet. The staff also asked the sign maker to make one sign for Murakami to prepare in advance should he enter politics some day. They later did a "Japan's Small Debate Point" with questions like "do you like pineapples in sweet-and-sour pork?" and "do you check the tissue which you blow your nose with?". Both hosts were later asked to do a psychological test by marking 3 words from a bunch of characters. It turns out the words selected are 3 things that you wanted to have in life. The last topic was investigation of nicknames. In the middle of the asking people's nicknames, the staff also found the bucktoothed woman who is back from Australia (Ep. 165). They then asked her to continue the nickname investigation. The hosts also found out that the woman is also present in the studio. To close the show they checked top 10 reasons from men who are okay to be single for their whole life. (Source: MyDramaList)
