Shibuya Hikarie which just opened put various commercial buildings from Showa Era in crisis. Tomochika was sent to introduce New Shinbashi Building by visiting the restaurants and various interesting tenants. Then the show sent comedian duo U-ji Kouji to investigate the Utsunomiya Gyoza Problem, where Utsunomiya - regarded as the origin of gyoza - was ovetaken by Hamamatsu in term of gyoza sales. After that the show brought a traditional snack from Ginza which the staff had to beg customers by prostrating to obtain it. For the last segment is "Advance Investigation of Matsuko's Anger" Part 5, where they conducted an investigation on a baseball mascot which is directly thrown to spectators after given to a player and a poorly written sign to keep the toilet clean.
