The first topic was about personal news from snowy lands. They included a man who participates in snowman making contest, a bunch of students which said that Matsuko appeared in their English lesson books, and a woman who cannot keep up with recent technologies. Next topic was about investigating senior citizens. They asked what things the seniors realized now and said things like "money is important for old age" and "don't always say 'kids nowadays are'". They also met a woman who is a fan of the show but shocked when she was told that Murakami is a Johnny's talent. They later checked on things that became popular for unexpected reasons. It included scrap factories for cosplayers photo shoots, jabara fruit which can alleviate hay fever problems, and gacha machines in airport since foreigner cannot exchange their yen coins. Murakami then read a news about an asteroid that can hit the Earth, but Matsuko found it uninteresting and threw the topic card away. They later reacted on Top 10 New Year resolution that can never be achieved, with "exercise regularly" on the top.
