This episode is a 2 hour special dubbed as the "Japan's Big Problem Spring Investigation". The first topic was about local problems in Japan. They included kokeshi chess pronunciation problem in Aomori (feat Mr. Sugo from Ep. 200), dubious animal branding in Kagoshima and Hiroshima, proving an ad from Kagawa where slurping sound can stop babies crying, the change in 'strong hand' ramen (Ep. 18), a ramen shop owner who requested customers to not order fried rice, and Jaguar (Ep. 178) themed train. They also investigated old problems such as Mietsu Naval dock (Ep. 197), Shimizu Marine Park information board (Ep. 221), and Hokumei circuit (Ep. 193). After that, they checked on various dialect problems such as Gunma intonation, "ko" and "ke" in Okayama dialect can create sentences, tongue twisters, and challengers to Koushuu dialect 'ugliness'. Next the staff visited Mr. Kiritani and found out that his new house is also a mess. They recorded a cleaning team activity in his house and his activity in spending the shareholder benefits. Mr. Kiritani then came to the studio and shared his personal news to the hosts. Lastly, there is Fef News with Fef Girl and Ota-san. After reading the news, the staff found out that Fef Girl's general knowledge is not that good (and gave her some quiz).
