The show start with an announcement that a guest is coming. Aragaki Yui came to the studio and promoted her new movie "Mix". They later moved on to the first topic, "Hirai 24 Hours News". They found a woman who was cleaning fish in the park, a Chinese man who was studying outside, and a woman who was often mistaken as a cross-dresser. Next they checked on "special" supply and demand items. It included a red bean paste vending machine of a famous shop, an "around 40" idol group, and a hairdresser who doesn't cut hair (featuring the back-all hairstyle man from Ep. 183). After that the 3 people were asked to do a personality test by drawing something in a picture of road junction.
