The first topic was personal news of people on the streets. The staff a woman who wanted to be a cameraman so she can work with Arashi and King&Prince, an old man who hates Valentine's Day, a woman who got mistaken as a man when she's in hospital, and a woman who said she liked Murakami just because he is an idol. The hosts then discussed how Murakami ended up in Johnny's, with Matsuko remarked that Johnny Kitagawa is a genius for choosing Murakami. Next was an investigation of special skills. They included a man who only sleep for 30 minutes a day, a woman who always "invites" bad luck, and a takoyaki shop owner with magic powers. There is also another man that claimed to be able to call UFO, but this time it actually made Matsuko interested and he kept asking for the footage to be replayed. Lastly it was the "Yofukashi Freestyle Research" which checked whether spraying beer can made someone drunk (featuring the ramen shop owner from Ep. 215) and observing what will happen if the Yoko Gushiken look-alike from Ep. 315 was sent to Okinawa.
