The first segment was the "Port Town 24 Hours News" where they did it in Nichinan, Miyazaki. They found a 80-year old woman who learned fishing because of COVID-19 pandemic, three old men who analyzed pebbles, kids who know this show but do not know Murakami, and checking the abundant snack bars around the town. Matsuko then discussed Murakami's prospect to be Kouhaku Uta Gassen host after watching the kid from the previous segment called him "that guy". Next was revisited low viewership Youtube channel owners featured in the show which included Miyunay the reviewer (Ep. 407), the crossdressing sharpshooter (Ep. 403), KENTA the singer (Ep. 401), gag maker Nakamura (Ep. 405), and the Morioka Zebra fan (Ep. 312). Hayashiya Pe and Pako suddenly came and gave birthday present for Matsuko. After that was personal news segment which included a man who was homeless in the US but managed to come back, a man who was unemployed and under constant surveillance from his wife, an expert on squirrels, and a Murakami fan who named her son Shingo.
