After a few discussion about Johnny and Associates, they started the first topic about local problems in Okinawa. The staff found a man who does not drink beer on weekends, a man whose wife kept giving extra commentary when he was speaking, a curry restaurant which has the letter "C" stolen from its sign, and checking fortunes from a drunk fortune teller. Next is a quiz segment to tell people something they "should know" such as call center staff can still hear customer's voice when holding tune is played, modern vocabularies (metaverse, carbon-neutral, paradigm shift), function of some seemingly useless items, and some life hacks. Lastly it was the "X that is too Y" segment which included overly harsh nicknames of Keitekiryou tenants which first appeared in Ep. 188, a man who can control sounds from his belly too much, and a liquor that is too dangerous.
