This episode is a special episode dubbed "Japan's Big Problem Spring Countrywide Special Investigation". The first topic was about local problems in Japan, which included Tochigi people who mostly carry a band-aid with them, Miyazaki young girls who really wanted to change their appearance, and weird onomatopoeia across Japan (feat. Angelica and Homoe from Ep. 97). Magician GO (Ep. 397) then came and showed two magic tricks to the hosts. Next is the "From China TV Show" segment, where they asked about various personal news in Shanghai and Beijing, did a debate point research, and asked Chinese fans for their messages. After, it was the personal news of spring, which included a man who comes to the park to practice English, an 85-year-old man who colored his hair blue, and a man who hates chicken. They then showed a video report of Fef Girl and Ota-san's (Ep. 207) trip to Thailand to learn Muay and enjoy some places.
