This episode is a special episode dubbed "Autumn's Big Problem Countrywide Special Investigation". The first topic was about local problems such as the prevalence of the name "Satsuko" in Akita, various Doraemon door rip-offs around Japan (featuring Ms. Kimura from Ep. 449), and asking foreigners about things they dislike from Japan. The hosts then watched Magician GO (Ep. 397) perform his newest trick. Next is the "From China TV Show" segment, where they checked on personal news in Chengdu and introduced the local culture to viewers. After that is the Autumn Collection segment, where they checked on people's fashion for this season. They then moved on to checking some old houses among the modern buildings of Tokyo, which included a man who refused to sell his house because he wanted to give a place for artists.
