The first segment is about Spring fashion check. The staff found the trending "denim on denim" fashion style, a fashion design student who carried a bag with the design of a face of the man who appeared in Ep. 510, and some people who is reliant on Sagasen which provides extra large clothes sizes. They also met Iwai Yuki who sometimes wear certain clothes inside out. Next is asking zookeepers and doctors on their most wanted specializations if they are allowed to choose. After that the hosts were asked to do a personality test by writing a food name that came out from a capsule toy. It is said that it represents the desired last meal of a person. Lastly, it was about the local problems which included problems about signboards, testing a case from Conan to an actual police officer, checking on the woman with difficult hair type from Ep. 442, and asking Chris Matsmura for his usual complaints.
