Following the blood circulation test (Ep. 4), the show wanted to check whether drinking vegetable juice will improve the circulation as the doctor said. From various juice places in Tokyo, they decided to invite the owner of Pi-man Juice which boasts more than 50 type of juices. Dr. Tsurumi was in charge in choosing the juice ingredients. He also want to add the juice pulp which prompted the hosts begging him to let them try the juice first. Then the show focused on various attempts of parodying AKB48 name into other groups, which quality is questioned by Matsuko. For the next topic is an attempt to reproduce Mongolian stand-up comedy in Japan. The popular duo Sandwichman performed it in a venue and it managed to invite some laughs.
