The show began with the staff asking some questions from the viewers to Mr. Kiritani. One question asked the reason behind his biking skills and the staff asked Mr. Kiritani to undergo a test in Nihon Keirin School. Next topic was an investigation of employee meals in various companies. They checked on government offices standard meals, company with the best value meals, and company with the most high class meals. After that, they checked on a video about compulsive ice eating disorder (pagophagia) and its association with anemia. Both hosts later talked about women's pain during childbirth, with Matsuko trying to give an analogy of the pain to Murakami.
